Shell Lounge Chair
A bent-lamination shell on slim steel legs, built around a single vacuum-bag form.
Nine layers of 0.6 mm oak veneer were glued with urea-formaldehyde glue and pressed overnight over an MDF form in a vacuum bag.
What I’d do differently
Sharpen more often, measure twice, and leave the finish until the next morning instead of rushing it at midnight.
